About Michael Ricks

With over 600 agents and nine offices Michael is our only agent to earn two of our Windermere’s most accomplished designations Ricks is a REO Director and Premiere Director said Windermere’s Managing Broker Nathan Hiebeck. Michael has the ability, knowledge and training that are perfectly matched and aligned to the currents demands of the market.

Michael also is recognized by the California Association of Realtors as a Graduate of The Realtor’s Institute, by securing a strong educational foundation Ricks is a valuable asset to the desert Real Estate community. In addition to ongoing training he assist in training others and is actively involved in training and certifying Windermere’s REO Buyer’s agents specialist and is on the MLS Committee for the Palm Springs Board of Realtors.
